Electronic Signature Enhancements - PLEASE VOTE

I believe this information has been posted before, but I would like to post it again.  I did not submit the enhancements, but I am lobbying hard for them!  The current issue with Course Home and E-Signatures is enough to prevent our implementation of Course Home until this issue is resolved.  If you have electronic signatures enabled, PLEASE VOTE for the first enhancement below.  And if you are passionate about Mobile Learning and use electronic signatures, please consider the second enhancement also.

Course Home limitation with e-signature. 

When a user has a pending e-signature, they cannot launch any training that has e-signature enabled.  This forces the user to complete the e-signature for each training immediately before they can proceed to a different item on their learning plan that also has e-signature enabled.  We have many users with hundreds of training therefore this would frustrate and add overhead to our users should they need to enter their e-signature credentials for each training.  This can translate to over 400 times of entry of user ID and pw.  This issue will prevent our adoption of Course Home.

Mobile app custom extension e-signature.

Due to this custom extension, users will not be able to complete e-signature on the mobile app at all.  Users would have to go to a browser to complete the e-signature verification which would confuse and frustrate the users.  We need this improvement otherwise we cannot implement the mobile app as the user experience would be horrible and may not be seen as an improvement.

Can we also add that an out-of-the-box eSignature option is needed? Our solution, created by SuccessFactors takes between 45 and 65 seconds to complete. And of course, investigating improvements to this process is out of our budget constraints.

Agreed. SF should have an OOTB esignature instead of custom extension by so many customers. I recall years ago that SF was going to productize the ldap authentication with esignature but it seems that never happened. Is your esignature using ldap authentication? We are not experiencing any time delay with our esignature. 45 to 65 seconds is a long time for users to wait. Good luck!

Hey LSIG team,

We have a critical enhancement that needs just a few more votes!! 

Our enhancement request to fix the Course Home feature to allow users, in an environment with e-signatures enabled, to complete multiple items that require e-signature and then go to the Unverified Learning Events menu to select all of those completions and record one e-signature for all, like we can do today.  This is not a new feature, but the current Course Home functionality has removed this feature.

Even if you don't use e-signatures, please vote so those of us who still have to use e-sigs can adopt the Course Home feature too.  Otherwise, we may never be able to use Course Home!
