Hi All, As you may know, SuccessFactors Learning currently allows us to mass-remove items from curricula, but there is no way to mass-add items to curricula (without using import tools). This is a basic feature that's available in other LMS systems, and the lack of this feature in SF learning causes a lot of administrative burden. Hi, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we have been facing regarding the updating of initial and retraining periods for a training item that is part of a curricula. Currently, this process is done manually, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. To address this, I have submitted an enhancement idea to SAP suggesting the creation of a connector that would allow for easier updates of the initial and retraining periods. I kindly request your support in voting for this Improvement Idea if you and your organization also agree that a connector would be a more efficient solution compared to performing this action manually. Hello Validated Learning Customers,   As you may have seen in the Customer Community (https://groups.community.sap.com/t5/product-and-customer-updates/learning-and-platform-integration-process-and-next-steps/ba-p/137858), SAP SuccessFactors has started the process of sealing integrations for our regular SaaS customers. Please know that the following Pre-Requisites are needing to be met to seal your Learning Tenant Integration (as noted in the Blog above): Instance Eligible to be Sealed meets the definition of a 'Good Integration': •Instance Type is the same (Ex. Preview/Preview, Test/Test, Production/Production) •Data Centers are the same (Ex. Learning on DC33 / HXM Platform on DC33).  •Integration is enabled on both LMS and HXM suite •Integration configurations point to each other •Instance is on at least the 2305 release (May 2023 release version) - this would be Sandbox and Stage VSaaS tenants (not PreProd or Prod) Customers can request to have their integration sealed if you are looking to be an early adopter of Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH). Hi all -  I'm looking for suggestions as to how best to collect copies of employees CVs and JDs in the LMS via an item. Currently we are using Veeva to manage this which is ridiculously painful We want to allowed users to upload PDF copies of their CV and JD, which then went to their managers for approval, which then got recorded in their history to be pulled whenever needed. Dear all, We were doing the new course home testing for 2023, and found New CourseHome 'Request Observer' button for an OJT (Checklist) in 'My Learning' in not working as usual. Hence we are not able to choose an observer. After clicking on 'Request Observer' button, an empty page displayed without any error message. We are considering implementing automation of required date changes with an RPA solution. We are interested in anyone who can share their experiences with RPA automation of LMS functionality, both positive and negative.
