Help file access in v2005 and need for S User ID

😂Hi all,

We had an issue with our help file not working in Learning and this is now resolved however we noticed you can't access the admin help file unless you authenticate to SAP Hana with a S user ID - most of our admins are not setup to access the community pages or SAP Help portals - is the same for other clients as well and if so how do you manage the S user access - we have hundreds of admins and it would be very hard to manage adding / removing these

Stuart, this is a recent change to the system with the publication of the 2011 help content. I am working on making the content public again, It should be corrected in the next 24 hours.

Hi Mike,

Thanks this will be very helpful considering there is a new Admin UI

For learners help file is this the same? - also we used to have learner help file in all the support languages- has this changed?

Public access is now restored for the Admin help. The learner help is still in process, but ungated access will be restored (in all languages) as quickly as possible.
