Icontent issue

Hello,

I'm experiencing issues related with icontent:

1. it's impossible to upload contents because of the import process fails

2. it's impossible to reach the icontent via sftp

3. it's impossible download contents via mobile

Due to these issues we aren't able to complete the validation tests.

Is there someone else with the same problem?

Hello, 

we are having the same issues with the import content feature in our QA instance. As we run the job, we get the error shown in the screenshot. 

The download function from a mobile device seems to be preserved in our case.

UPDATE: Import Content Tool works fine now. The issue is resolved.

The issue with iContent server connection issues has been reported to the SAP Operations team and it's being investigated.

I've checked our QA/Stage system and am able to successfully import content:

I am also able to successfully access the sftp server for QA/Stage.

I have just tried again today after seeing your article. I uploaded a zip file for eLearning without any issues
