iContent Questions

Hi team,

I have a few questions from a customer that is about to go live.

  • Are iContent servers hosted by SAP in the same environment as the other servers that make up the validated SuccessFactors platform?
  • Does SAP conduct Installation Qualification on SuccessFactors iContent servers?
  • What controls are in place to ensure data integrity and security on iContent servers? Are the controls documented?
  • Is there a documented change control process that governs changes to iContent servers?
  • Do validated Life Sciences SuccessFactors customers typically use the iContent server for maintenance of training content?

Thanks,

James
