The host site does not allow content to be included in a frame of a page from a another site. Look into if the host site be configure to allow content in frames of page from <you instance>.plateau.com. Also, look into changing the setting of the browser to allow cross-site frame content. To my knowledge the latter is an all or nothing deal. The cross-site frames restriction can only be disabled entirely, not domain specific. The restriction was introduce to address certain type of hacking. Disabling the restriction in the browser would address the problem but potentially leave users open for hacking attacks.

What type of document is it? We link to controlled documents that are PDFs that reside in a separate content management system. In the Content Object, on the Launch Method tab, we choose Browser to launch the documents and don't have any issues. We don't use the AICC wrapper for our documents because we need to have an eSignature, not simply an acknowledgement.
