Learning Field update for null value

Hi,

Currently we do not have null value updated through interface from Employee central to Learning fields or not being overwritten with null value sent for the same field with values updated already.

How is this situation handled? Do we have any workarounds for this known issue?

Check your connector configuration and see if you have your field set to update on null,
