Has anyone noticed if learning plan notifications are not sent out to all assigned users? We had an assignment of a training document for over 2K users and was able to verify about 712 users received them only as we archive emails sent to users in a mailbox as we had issues with emails years ago. We ran a report around that time without ability to see content in the email only showed about 50% of the emails generated then we expected. This is a huge concern as users are not getting notified of new assignments. We have submitted a case to product support but wanted to see if others are experiencing the same issue. Thanks! May
