Hello everyone,
We are encountering the attached validation error for many users. From the message we understand what happened, it's clear.
However, we can't find a solution to stop this validation error from appearing for the users when opening any training.
The only workaround is if we access Learning in the private mode of the browser, but this is not a long term solution for our users.
We also tried to reinstall the browser, cleared cache, tried on different browsers, but the error is still there.
Can anyone help us with some details on how to solve this or if you have encountered such validation error for your clients?

PS: we mention our system is a validated one.

Hello everyone,
We did not have problems with our validated LMS production system.
And the validation error from my initial message I don't think it's related to an specific downtime of the LMS. We have not received any official notification to inform us of any downtime. Probably it was not the case for us.
If anyone has encountered the validation error from my first post, kindly ask for support or any details you have.
