LMS log on issue with Safari version 13

Hi,

Has anyone tried logging on to the LMS on MacBook with Safari version 13?  We had disabled both prevent cross-site tracking and blocked all cookies however we still get a SAML error issue.  This issue does not appear on Safari version 12 nor on the iPad or iPhone.  I will submitting a case to SF to troubleshoot however wanted to see if others in the community are having the same issues.

Thanks!

May

We found that we must also disable the Request Desktop Website in the Safari settings too.

Kindly test storyline training, if any to ensure its operational on iOS 13.

Hi Dhruv,

This issue is login related. It is preventing access to SF LMS home page through SSO. I do not believe it is content related. I am hoping that once LMS is accessed using Safari 13 that the content will launch. I hope that there isn't an issue there as well. Do you know of an issue with Storyline and Safari 13 on MacBook?

I apologize for the confusion as I should have referred it to MacOS vs iOS as this issue is specific to Safari on MacBook.  I have done further testing and it looks like it's an issue on MacOS Mohave and High Sierra with Safari version 13.0.4.  MacOS Catalina with Safari version 13.0.5 is working fine.  I guess we may have to wait until Apple releases updated version to fix the issue or when we complete testing Catalina and push this out to our users.

Thanks!

Eric & May,

I have noticed the SAML issue on the iPad Safari browser, once the privacy settings are turned off it has worked for us. I surfaced the storyline issue because we ran into that recently when we upgraded to 13.1.3 (I believe). Had to scrambled thru to ensure it worked fine. So it was more of a heads-up.

Hope this helps!
