Hi – I am wondering if anyone has any best practices/recommendations as to how they handle large volumes of Authorized to Teach observers for OJT’s. We are encountering a challenge in the volume of the authorized instructors and how to manage that process. The challenge is that once a learner takes a combination of a Train the Trainor course and the On the Job training, they are qualified to train on it. However, this could be hundreds of observers per item, which is very manual to manage. It would be helpful if a specific role could be created and that role could be associated as authorized, instead of individual names, but that does not seem possible. Has anyone encountered a similar challenge and has insight on how their handling this scenario? Thank you in advance for you input!
