Hi,
Does anyone have any experience as part of regulatory inspections asking for evidence on training effectiveness (training being mostly SOPs)? We use exam functionality (3-5 questions) but there is a lot of debate if that measures 'effectiveness'; we receive this question more and more. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
and Happy Holidays

Hi Petra,
we are using Follow-up Survey to measure 'effectiveness' only on high risk SOPs.

Hi Petra,
We use quizzes and trending. Quarterly, we trend deviations with root causes related to training, GAP in procedure, and human error. If any trends are detected, a CA or PA is initiated.
Best wishes for the Holidays!
