New CourseHome: 'Request Observer' button for an OJT (Checklist) in 'My Learning' in not working as

Dear all,

We were doing the new course home testing for 2023, and found New CourseHome 'Request Observer' button for an OJT (Checklist) in 'My Learning' in not working as usual. Hence we are not able to choose an observer. After clicking on 'Request Observer' button, an empty page displayed without any error message.

Please see attached the print screen ( before and after clicking on 'Request Observer' button)

Kindly provide inputs if you all are also facing the same issue.

very interesting.

We are also testing it in Staging and I tested after reading about your experience.

1- When searching for an Observation under "Find Learning" and straight a way selecting "Request Observer" it works fine.

2- If I  assign the Observation to me > back to Learning Plan >  clicking on the "Request Observer" I have the same screen as you, However when refreshing the browser (F5) the list appears.

Are you able to confirm this?

Hi Freddy,

Thank you for your quick reply.

After refreshing the browser as you suggested, it is working. 

For the moment we can use it as workaround solution.

I hope that SAP solves this problem to avoid going back and forth with the many users of this tool in our company and in others because it becomes cumbersome to ask each user to refresh the browser each time.
