Non-Validated Instance Deployment Process / IQ Reports

I'm aware that customers are provided a “Validated IQ Report / Operations Automated Deployment Report” for all Validated Instances for each Release.  A sample report is available at the following URL:

My question concerns Non-Validated Instances.  What process(es) is/are followed for non-validated instance deployment?  And, is any documentation produced or any work ticket maintained by the SAP SuccessFactors Operations Dept for non-validated instance deployment?

For anyone interested, SAP provided the following response to my question.

"All our Non-Validated environment deployments follow the same process as Validated ones. However, there is no customer facing documentation for Non-Validated instance deployments."
