OJT Job title

hello all,

We are facing a concern in using OJT type of items in our lms. while a user takes and OJT and selects an observer, they are able to see the job titles of a person and unfortunately our HR based job titles also have job level info.  is there an option of disabling the visibility of job titles within the observer selection?

Hi Rishabh,

Unfortunately, there is not a way to control these OJT observer selection fields.  I would recommend removing the sensittive data from the job title.  Also, I would recommend opening an influence request for this enhancement.
