We have very extensive technical OJT (Checklist),
I was wondering if any of you were able to do these miracles with Checklist:
- Task with no limit in character
- See who and when each task was completed
- The User (Trainee) can see in view only the list of task on a OJT assigned to him and which one are completed
- The supervisor of the trainee can see the progression of the OJT (See tasks completed and what is left)
- An “In progress” OJT can switch observer (Instructor) and the new observer see the tasks already completed
