Prod v2005 - Reports fail to generate

Hi All,

Hope the upgrade went well for everyone.

With our post deployment verification activities we discovered that all LMS reports fail to generate on our Prod environment. Interestingly, few other Preprod environments which got upgraded as well, does not seem to reflect such an issue. We reported this as a very high priority issue but was curious whether anyone faced something similar.

Which reports are giving you problems?

The upgrade went well for our group. Did not have any issues with our reports; I wonder if it was due to only testing our main customized reports that we use.

Thanks for brining this to the forefront, will check some of the out of the box reports.

Really appreciate sharing your experiences.

Entire LMS reporting suite was failing for us upon generating either standard or custom report but luckily issue got resolved by SAP on time. The root cause is still being investigated.

I'm glad it was able to be fixed so quickly. If you don't mind sharing, I would like to know what the root cause was when you find out.
