VSaaS customers should have received a communication yesterday regarding the updated dates of the next and last patch being applied to the Q3 2018 (1808) VSaaS release. The original schedule has been pushed by a week for all respective environments in order to accommodate a few additional recently identified fixes requested by you or your peers. As this is the last scheduled patch until the next upgrade cycle, it was important to be inclusive of these requests. We appreciate your flexibility in this process. Below is the updated schedule for the patch application based on local data center time:
- Sandbox Maintenance Window:
Start Date: 19th March, 2020 Start Time: 23:00 Hrs
End Date: 20th March 2020 End Time: 06:00 Hrs
- Preview Maintenance Window:
Start Date: Mar 27th 2020 Start Time: 23:00 Hrs.
End Date: Mar 28th 2020 End Time: 06:00 Hrs.
- Production Maintenance Window:
Start Date: 18th April 2020 Start Time: 23:00 Hrs.
End Date: 19th April 2020 End Time: 06:00 Hrs.
