Hi all,
As you know from LMS we can schedule reports for ourselves as we as for managers. We usually schedule such reports for tracking our enterprise level programs and managers receive notifications with the report from the system. We would like to know if we can have separate notification for each schedule wherein we would like to change the subject and text in it. What I know is that right now it uses a global template for background report to communicate and we would like to find an alternative.

Hi Rishabh,
You are correct that this does use a global template for the background report notification. You can utilize the Job Description in the Recurring Report Job to add unique context around the report. This will show up in the notifications in the Report Job Description field.
