Post v2011 BizX upgrade which took place over last weekend, we noticed a significant drop in terms of performance of our LMS Production module. Beginning Monday morning, when most of our users started logging in to the system, the performance degraded so significantly making it impossible for use, returning http 502 bad gateway errors to everyone. Within the Usage Report available in Admin Center we were able to see a huge drop in terms of data center average response time which still significantly impacts the performance of API calls being made in the backend, even though the system looks more stabilized now from UI standpoint due to emergency patch we got deployed recently.
May I ask if anyone else observed a similar performance degradation post v2011 BizX upgrade with any of the environments? Thanks in advance for sharing.
