Take Course & To-Do list count on BizX doesn't match Learning Assignments

Hi,

Has anyone experienced when a users' past due learning is over 30, it doesn't show up on BizX Take Course and To-Do list count?  I have a case open with SF to look in to it but wanted to see if others have experienced this as we are trying to validate that it matches learning.
