We're in the process of re-engineering our training operating model. I'd so appreciate hearing what others working in a regulated environment are doing with regards to ensuring training plans are maintained and implemented efficiently and effectively in the LMS. Does your organization still use training matrices or have you found a better alternative? Is your GXP training operating model centralized or de-centralized? What's working for you?
