The User Compliance Details report includes items associated with a curricula and items that are assigned without a curricula. The User Compliance Details report provides detailed information from the learners history on what the learner completed, when it was completed and if it was completed on time or had it went into overdue statues before completion. The report will show you how many day was it overdue before the completion or how many days that you had left before the item was required to be completed.
The Curriculum Item Status Report will show only the curricula that you have assigned to you and if you have completed all of the required training or if you still have training that needs to be completed and what the required date has been set to to have those items completed by.
We use the User Compliance Details report to report on the on time completion rate and the overdue rate across the company for training that has been assigned, we also do it by Operating Company, Departments, etc.
