Users are facing issue with trainings that are launched in Scorm post 22nd July this year. Is any of you encountered such cases?

YES! We have two SCORM courses which would occasionally cause an issue. However, since the end of July every person who takes either course is unable to complete it although they actually complete the quiz & receive a score. It is almost like the system isn't receiving the completion from the SCORM package.

What are you doing as a workaround or resolution?

The admin confirms completion via screen share with the user and the admin enters training completion adding a comment regarding completion confirmation.

A ticket was also opened with SAP.

I tried searching for the ticket could not find. Can you help with the KBA?

I am not aware of a KBA. Since I am the Business Owner and not the System Owner I do not have the ticket information.

We determined that for the two courses which are having the most issues, it was related to users not completing a portion of the course requirements prior to completing the course so we closed the SAP ticket.

Are you able to edit the source file and republish?  The issue could be in the course development.

  1. Check the navigation. Make sure there are no loop holes.
  2. Check the completion settting.
  3. Update the Course Authoring tool before publishing. It could need an update.
  4. Is the user completing the course in the "approved" browser?
  5. Is your Java version correct?  IT may help with this.
