v2005 release - no sort by completion date when viewing learner completed items

We are using the vSaaS solution and we just had our Sandbox updated with the new release. One thing we noticed when looking at the completed items of a user from the admin center in the new html views, you can't sort by completion date. If you use the flash screens it is available in v2005 release but not in the non flash screens. This is a fundamental requirement for any LMS and our sites use this feature on a daily basis when confirming learning.

We logged a ticket in Launch Pad and were told that we would need to raise an enhancement request. I can't believe this would be an enhancement requirement and I've asked SAP to respond.

Would this cause a big issue for any other companies? ....our sites would find this a big loss of functionality.

Really hope this is re-introduced in time for the vSaaS release in Dec.

Stuart Doyle

Thanks for prompt reply Carolyn...any idea on timing for this...if we don't have this ready with the vSaaS upgrade we will get a lot of complaints

Stuart

hi Stuart,

I agree with you, we also se this feature all the time. This should not be an enhancement request, it is a loss of  functionality.

I know that the vSaaS release is scheduled for 15-Nov but you mentioned December?

Hi Hoda, I agree, this is very frustrating that we lose basic functionality like this...it also isn't available when looking at learners assigned items.

The Prod release was pushed back to Dec...for VSaaS environment  - it was announced on the LSUG call by Sany.

Sandbox - last patch  -06-Aug

Preview- last patch - 15-Aug

Prod and Prod support - 04-Dec

Stuart
