VSaaS 1808 - Production Release re-schedule to 03/16 instead of 03/17

Unsure if there are queries/concerns expressed from other Vsaas customers on the Production release dates.

Would recommend an upgrade on 03/16 as opposed to 03/17 considering the post golive activities, change migration and smoke testing.

The impact on a global system impacting production and operations globally on a Monday can be avoided.

if am not wrong this was the case last year as well ??

Hi Everyone, yes, we are able to confirm that the scheduled upgrade for production environments, originally targeted for March 17, have been updated to March 16, 2019 based on your request. 

For any of the few Large Database customers targeted for March 24th, 2019, however, that date remains as scheduled.

That is very dissapointing, Sany. Scheduled downtime during our operating hours is quite a challenge (we were recently moved to a Large DB customer).

This is a very frustrating decision. As a large DB client I would have expected more consideration around the challenges that a release that will overlap with business hours, not less.

Hi Everyone, 

Just wanted to send an update to those customers with a Large Database size, that we were able to negotiate your migration/upgrade dates to Saturday March 23, instead of Sunday March 24th.  I know this was a big ask from the team, and most of you are starting to get your official communication regarding this as well, so hopefully this helps in your upgrade planning.
