Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to send an update to those customers with a Large Database size, that we were able to negotiate your migration/upgrade dates to Saturday March 23, instead of Sunday March 24th. I know this was a big ask from the team, and most of you are starting to get your official communication regarding this as well, so hopefully this helps in your upgrade planning.

Thanks Sany...do you have an estimate on the actual downtime required...I heard it was 24 hours but just wanted to confirm before we send out our communicaitons to our sites this week.
So is it midnight on Fri night / Sat monring right through to midnight on Sat night / Sun Monring
start: 00:00 Sat 23-Mar
finish: 00:00 Sun 24th Mar

Hi Stuart,
Yes, its a 24 hour downtime, although your data center might kick off at 11:00pm Friday rather than 00:00 Saturday. Your official notification should contain that detail.
