I received a call yesterday from a SuccessFactors employee in Ireland. He referenced my support ticket, informed me that a patch would be applied last night, and that the LMS upgrade would occur on Dec. 4 as expected. When I mentioned that the patch leaves me no time to perform our validation processes, the response was "Contact your CSM." There is, in my opinion, very little concern for our Quality Control program and compliance needs as related to the BizX environment.
