The company I work with- based out of Cambridge (Boston), MA- would like to ask if any of you who are experienced VSaaS users are willing to connect with us outside of the regular SIG meetings to share some best practices with us. We are currently undergoing a training improvement initiative which includes implementing best practices around our validated, hosted instance of SF LMS (v1808, patch 1).
