What is the future of AI with respect to SAP BTP?
In the current scope we have SAP AI Business Services available in SAP BTP, which can integrated using ISLM. Support for AI Core scenarios is also available.
Is there any way of using these AI capabilities in an on-prem implementation of S/4HANA?
Please check the help document on how to enable the Intelligent Intercompany Reconciliation.
ISLM is also available in cloud as well as On-prem releases. In addition to SAP shipped use cases you can also create your own custom scenarios on types e.g. based on SAP HANA ML.
Do we have any business use case available for 3D or additive manufacturing in AI sphere?
You can view all the out-of-box scenarios in the ISLM app, Intelligent scenarios. This specific use case is not available out-of-the box.
