In the spirit of fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement, we are thrilled to announce the SAP Community "watch-and-code" meetups! Running concurrently with SAP TechEd, this global half-day in-person event concept promises an exceptional opportunity for SAP enthusiasts to come together, network, learn, and code!

The SAP Community "watch-and-code" meetups have been thoughtfully designed to provide a unique platform where developers, SAP enthusiasts, and professionals from all corners of the world can gather for an enriching experience with SAP TechEd at the heart of the event.

Networking, learning and coding
Participants will be able to rewatch the SAP TechEd keynote together and take part in a Q&A session and lively discussions with experts about the latest development updates. One of the highlights of the half-day event is the hands-on mini code jam session focused on extending SAP S/4HANA via SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Technical experts will host the session that covers both CAP and RAP, and invites ABAP developers to delve into the world of CAP and vice versa.

I think this a very good community activity although I would have preferred to have a SAP TechEd in Europe as it used to be in Barcelona.

Would it be possible to offer an event in Hamburg, Germany too? We are quite a big community here as you can see from the number of participants of SAP Inside Track events.

At the moment we are not able to add any additional events to the line up, in fact what you see there is not even the complete list as we are still finalising some possibilities. If anything should change though we'll be sure to be in touch!

When I click on the link included in "Walldorf (Germany) - Register now!" I end up on a page which has some text but doesn't have anything on it which looks like a "Registration button". There's just the "More information" button but that leads back to this blog post.

Am I missing something?

you are asked for registration details and there is a "Register Now" button.

Just a quick update: Laura touched base and I then tried with Chrome instead of Firefox and the registration option are visible then. At a guess, this should however work regardless of browser used - at least that would be my incoming assumption 😀.

Hi @romi9035 - the address is correct, as the Nymphenburger Str. 82 is where we host customer-facing events, it is our event location so to say. 

We will also meet for the SAP Stammtisch there, a day prior to the event and I hope to see you there!

Interesting initiative! These events seem to offer a perfect mix of networking and coding, with a particularly appealing focus on extending SAP S/4HANA via SAP BTP. Sadly, it's not happening in my region at this time, but I'll be on the lookout! I'm eager to connect the dots (🥚) and engage in creative exchanges with fellow enthusiasts when the chance arises.
