Partnerships can be the most fulfilling and rewarding thing in one’s life. And this holds equally true for the private and the professional kind. There is certainly no universal recipe to make a partnership work. But sharing similar values and issues can be a good starting point.

At SAP we have a variety of partners (22 000+, to be exact) that are spread out across the entire world. They are essential for the success of our business. But they also face the same issue of constantly trying to find new talents to join their “family”.

This is why, some of our German partners and SAP Germany are pioneering in a new project called “Join the SAP Family”.

They recently kicked off with a low-threshold campaign that is focused on winning over early and new talents that did not even know about the possibility of a career as an SAP consultant. Namely All for One Group, Innovabee, nagarro ES, NTT DATA Business Solution and Prismat have united forces together with SAP to build a program that attracts new talent from a variety of different backgrounds, career changes.

It’s really easy. You go to Explore the great opportunities SAP consulting offers you to support our shared vision to help the world run better, prepare your career with some free SAP trainings and certification and last but not least check great job offers at the SAP Family.

In case you want to find out, if a job in SAP Consulting fits to your interest and skills, answer some questions they put together, add the link to your LinkedIn or XING profile. Et voila: you are part of the talent pool and will be contacted if there is a match to an open position!

So, if you are ready to join the #SAPFamily or know someone who might be, check out the campaign!

Good news is that it will soon be available in various other countries.

And by the way, it does not matter what professional background you have. Because this is really what constitutes a valuable partnership. Different angles.
