SAP Women in Tech is delighted to invite you to a session from our Young Africans in Tech program- "People, Passion, Persistence!"- with La’Quita Garcia.

La’Quita is a multi-faceted leader. She is a Director, Americas HR Advisor at SAP, and makes it a priority to dedicate time to practicing solution-focused coaching regularly. La’Quita is known for being an out-of-the-box thinker who creatively connects the dots to drive strategic initiatives forward. Her passion for leadership development is evidenced in the way she truly cares about people and works to help them maximize their greatest potential in both personal and professional areas. At SAP, La’Quita partners with business leaders to build world-class inclusive organizations, and the workplace of the future.

What will be discussed in this session:

The 3 Ps (People, Passion, Persistence) can take you from here to there, but how you get there is what sets you uniquely apart from anyone else. How do you own your uniqueness to become the authentic leader you envision? La’Quita will discuss her journey to owning her uniqueness through People, Passion, and Persistence!
