SAP Women in Tech would like to invite you to a Unboxing SAP Strategy session- "The perfect Pizza – A SAP Customer Experience Story" with Lena Mauer.

Lena is a senior manager at SAP and is currently leading the Global Customer Data Sales Organization. Since the beginning of her career, Lena has been concerned with how companies can improve the experience of their customers and has a particular focus on the topic of customer data.

What will be discussed in the session?

“Customer experience is the field where customers are lost and won!” – In her presentation, Lena will talk about the importance of data to provide the best experience possible to customers – over the right channel, at the right time and with the right content. During her presentation, she will talk about various topics such as the current challenges our customers are facing and how SAP can solve them with our technologies, and what all of this has to do with pizza will of course also be unraveled!

The event is open to all.

There will be a Q&A segment in this session so get your questions ready!
