Dear community, 

We are delighted to invite you to a special "What Do I Do?" session with Traci Hughes.

Since January 1, 2023, Traci Hughes is Head of Global People Success Services. Traci has a well-rounded profile as HR Business Partner and leader of the HR organization across all pillars of the function. She has extensive experience in Financial Services Industries and held HR leadership roles in Consumer Products giant Colgate-Palmolive across the U.S., LATAM, Africa, Eurasia, and Europe. Traci has a track record of successfully leading transformation mandates, closely aligned with business leaders and social partners. Traci earned her MBA in Finance from New York University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Ithaca College, New York. 

In this session, a moderator will ask Traci questions about her role and everything it entails, we will then open for questions from the audience.
