authorization 0RSPL_FILE_UPLOAD_AO

Hi, 

I created a planning function on the top of 0RSPL_FILE_UPLOAD_AO - File Upload from AO and enabled the authorization (filter AG_FL_AUC_02). This planning function loads csv file from users machine to SAP BW adso.  

Unfortunately, SU53 generates the following error message that requires to grant user an authorization to activity types 2, 6  for filter of the aggregation level (change, delete). This authorization is granted for developers in DEV environment only.

I believe that this error message is fake and additional authorization to access csv file is required. Do u have a clue what is missing over here? See attached.
