Does DSN support ERP Initiated SES? Standard is SES is created by Supplier in DSN and is sent to SAP ERP. The other option that we want to discuss is the option of buyer to send SES from SAP ECC to DSN.

Yes DSN allows ERP Initiated SES although it is not very popular among our customers and usually done as phase 2 post go-live.
Please refer to CIG Configuration guide on how to configure ERP initiated Service Entry Sheet.
Please take a look at the limitation section of ERP initiated SES as well to be aware of what is not supported.
