Newly added fields to the connector are not appearing in the download file

Hi Team,

We are using SOW Download connector of Fieldglass to get the statement of work data. As part of the requirement we needed additional fields and configuration manager added them to the connector.

But when we hit the connector, we don't see few of the additional fields that are added to the connector. Can you please help us in what could be the reason for this as few are coming and only some are missing in the downloaded file .

Below are some of the missing fields even after adding to the SOW Download Connector.

Hi Mounika.

Without seeing it in the system, here is my best guess: I understand, that you would like to modify the SOW download connector and add a few native fields. The reason that the fields are not showing, is most likely that they are not included in the connector. To check, if they have been included, or to add them if they have not, you need to do the following:

1. Make sure you (or someone else who helps you) has configuration manager access.

2. Log in as configuration manager and select "browse integration catalog" on the dashboard.

3. Find your connector and edit it, using the wizard.

4. When you configure the connector, you can "configure fields" and add native and custom fields. The availability of the fields depends on the connector and the company setup. If the information is not available in a native field however, you can always consider creating a custom field for it.

5. Save your changes and run a test.

Note: As with all changes, you should test this in a test environment first, before moving it into production.

If the above does not help, reach out to the SAP Fieldglass team/your SAP Fieldglass partner and ask them for assistance, as your modifications might be programm specific.

We are actually facing a new issue here.

We could see "First Statement of Work Request Approved Date" field in Data Dictionary of Statement of Work that is from Audit Category. Attached the screenshot for same.

But we are unable to see this field in native or custom fields to add to the SOW DOWNLOAD connector. Could you please let me know why we are not seeing this field to add to connector?

Is there any protocol to what columns can be added to a specific connector?If so where can we find and figure out why this specific column is missing in the list?
