SAP Ariba Sourcing Event attachment

Hi Folks,

We are implementing SAP Ariba Sourcing.

We have a requirement to replicate supporting attachments submitted by suppliers during bids to external Document Management System. Is there any API available in SAP Ariba which can provide me document content in Binary or Base64 encoded format?

I came across a SOAP API "Download Workspace Document", can this API be used to read attachment content from SAP Ariba Sourcing Events?

Also, do let me know if there is any alternate solution available for this.
