Error related to user in logs when application restart and sync error from device- Work Manager 6.5

Hi Experts,

We have created Production ZIP file and deployed in to QA environment. Application is connecting to back end and "I am here" page is displayed in browser. However sync from mobile is resulting an error "Checking data tables - server error-please contact your administrator(13)". Also, application restart from cockpit is also showing below error in the log file

Event logs has error : JAVA EXCEPTION CAUGHT: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

Dear Customer,

Please check the SMP server log if has the below similar error message generated.

##Agentry SAPWM Worker Thread#########User::rethrowException::JAVA.RMI.REMOTEEXCEPTION: SELECT ONE OF THE INSTALLED LANGUAGES ON

If yes, please check the solution in the KBA 2287776 - Error 13 during Agentry client transmit

After that, if the issue still cannot be solved, report a ticket to SAP with component SAP-SYC-SAP-WM if you used the work manager application.
