Fields names are not being translated when the system's language is 'AR'

Hi all,

Below is the main screen from TCODE: FMRP_RW_BUDGET.

As you can see, the fields are not being translated from English to Arabic when I use the Arabic system.

In the English system:

When I enter data and go to the next screen though, some fields are not showing correctly, even in the English system,

as shown below:

I see in 184552 - Report Writer: Translation of customer-specific reports - SAP ONE Support Launchpad: "SAP reports are delivered in all languages. If standard reports do not appear in a language, this language must be entered in transaction GCRS. Then copy the standard reports from client 000 again (with a leading 0 - 9) and regenerate them."

I can't access that link sadly. I did the GCRS part, but i don't know how to copy the stanard reports from client 000 and regenerate them after that. Can you give me the steps?

And by standard reports, do you mean the programs that we are using? Should I contact the basis for this?
