I am trying to understand / find documentation for Advanced Returns Management's integration with S/4HANA 2020 embedded EWM. This is specifically for Customer Returns.
Here's what I have accomplished so far -
1. Return delivery - goods receipt done
2. Inspection - done in t-code MSR_INSPWH
3. Logistical follow up decided - this created a posting change delivery in EWM. But it is created with errors. Unable to create a warehouse task from the posting change document. Error says item is not warehouse management relevant.
I only need to get the logistical follow up done correctly. It needs to have 3 options - either transfer to free unrestricted / scrap / move to specific storage type
So, I am trying to understand, what configuration is required to ensure the logistical follow triggers the right warehouse task for putaway / scrapping / specific WPT ?
