Learning SAP EWM from Scratch

Hello colleagues ,

I am a beginner in EWM. Previously I was an SAP developer across all modules.

Now I would like to deal with EWM not only functionally (customizing too) but also technically. what do you recommend to me? what should I start with? which books? Left? The problem is definitely the environment where I can practice.
