CIF - SKU - Stock with Unrestricted-Use Stock in ECC does not available in APO

Good Afternoon everyone

We are experiencing an issue at APO with a specific product/location regarding stock with unrestricted-use stock status in ECC but it is not available in APO.

To solve the problem we triggered the APO standard transactions //CCR(reconciliation),//CPP1, and ECC: RIMODINI, and didn't change.

Have you experienced this issue before? Any recommendations are welcome?

Hello forecasttoplan.gtproject

Check in SMQ1 and SMQ2 in ECC and APO and ensure that thier is of queue with CIF*. If the CIF queue is clear and still the stock in not in sync between ECC and APO, then you need to activate trace and debug the queue with the help of an ABAPER and check deeper and find the root cause.

Also check in CFM5 with the product location combination and see which IM is responsible to transfer the stock from ECC to APO. In that IM for the purpose of testing put check on the master data like material, location , MATLOC and activate the IM and check .
