In EWM, For 309 Movement type scenario-Goods issue has already been posted for delivery

In SAP EWM, we have created a 309 movement material to material transfer scenario. This scenario involves two handling units, each containing 10 quantity of the material, which are placed on a pallet.

We then created a posting change delivery with a total of 20 quantity. After the posting change delivery has been distributed to EWM, we have created a warehouse task for the same. In the warehouse task confirmation, we have confirmed the partial task for the first handling unit, which had 10 quantity, and saved the warehouse task.

Upon confirmation of a partial task, an automatic PGI is posted with a partial quantity of 10 in the ERP system and Delivery Quantity changed automatically from 20 to 10. However, when attempting to confirm the remaining quantity by selecting another Handling Unit, the entry may become stuck in the SMQ2 queue, causing an error to be thrown indicating that the Goods Issue has already been posted.

You can do the posting directly in EWM via transaction /SCWM/POST. I think, that its the best option in your case. You can provide HU number, quantity and target material number. 309 movement will be created.
