Ready state outbound queues struck in APO

Hi Expert,

Huge Ready state outbound queues struck in APO.

we have tried running report but no result.

Queues are clearing manually if i activate one by one.

is there any mass clearing or activation method in APO?

Hello Joshua,

Please try these two programs which are helpful in such situation.

1.  /SAPAPO/CIF_EMRG_QINSCHED

They say it is the magic program which helps in clearing queues when performance is a bottleneck and queues are held in READY status for eternity.  You can create ZZCF* entry in SMQR before using this. This program can run only in the Background

2. RSQIWKEX  This activates struck queues.

Besides, keep clearing queues manually, usually it is pretty quick to get all queues processed.  Recently we had a similar problem close 10000 queues were struck, but I was able to clear manually within 30-40 minutes.

Huge outbound queues in APO still increasing.
