TS finite heuristic - Over Capacity of production resource

Dear all,

We are using TS finite heuristic. As we understand system will consider production capacity. It means that system only produce within limited production capacity. However, the way of system manner seems infinite planning, system still generate over production capacity.

Please kindly share your experience and help us to resolve it.
