When connected to your account, please click the "Account Settings" button, which is a circle with your initials on the top right of the homepage, then "Settings", then "Customer Relationships". In case you have multiple accounts and an account hierarchy in place, you also have the option to search for all your customers across all your accounts in the same page. Lastly, on the right of the customer names, you have the ability to check the routing method configured.
