As per SAP documentation when you create and release a service order in SAP S/4, a Service Call with the corresponding activities are created in SAP Field Service Management. I created a service order in SAP with one operation, the order got replicated in FSM but not the activity.
I want to understand what creates an FSM activity from service order? Is that the details in the order operation (maintenance order or service order) or is that only applicable for repair item. I read in the documentation for SAP that FSM activity corresponds to order item in SAP. Can somebody provide inputs on this?
