This is the spot where one can integrate and make an Umbrella level process depicting the whole business from Upstream to Downstream. That has embedded various Business Processes within covering different Business departments. Here, in the main cover, you can see the look and feel of Collaboration Hub - that's the landing page that appears when customer logs in to the Signavio portal. From this spot, teammates can collaborate various stuffs.

Process Manager

Using this component, one can model Business process diagrams with BPMN 2.0 practice, even can import diagrams in .xml format which are handy. Also, one can simulate Business processes and then improvements can be carried out. 

Process Intelligence

Using this component, one can create Business KPI Dashboards, with tiles along with filters available to refine the KPI information on tiles. For this, pre-requisite is to have the Quality Data in extracted format to be fed. This data can be fed in 3 ways :

• One time upload of files
• Direct connection to ERP systems or Database systems
• Direct connection scheduled

Customer Journey Modeler

Here one can model the personas, may it be challenges or fine running processes. This is a reference material for employees to understand the state-of-the-art of ongoing business. Once new Blue Print documents are prepared, this would be revised.
